Frequently Asked Questions

  • To begin, a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your date. Due to a limited number of projects taken on each month, booking in advance is recommended.

Once booked, you’ll submit your event details and any references. A custom design direction is developed and shared for review, then refined through revisions. After the initial direction is approved, a 25% payment is due before expanding the design across additional pieces. The remaining 25% is due prior to final production, and final files or print work are not released until the balance is complete.

Additional pieces can be incorporated during the design phase, but must be confirmed, quoted, and paid for before work begins on those items. To maintain quality and timelines, additions are based on availability and should be finalized before production.

  • Most projects begin 3–6 months prior to your deadline, depending on scope. This allows time for design, revisions, printing, and assembly without rushing the process. If you’re planning multiple pieces or weekend events, starting earlier is recommended.

  • Pricing is based on the number of pieces and the level of detail involved. Elements like hand-painted work, custom illustrations, and specialty finishes (such as wax seals, ribbon, or foil) require additional time and materials, and are priced accordingly. These are always optional and can be layered in as desired.

  • Due to the limited number of projects accepted each month, all deposits are non-refundable. Your booking reserves a dedicated space in the schedule that cannot be reallocated once confirmed.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, any payments made beyond the deposit are non-refundable based on the work completed up to that point.

  • Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to refine the design. This keeps the process focused and ensures everything is finalized efficiently.

The Everlight Collection and wedding design clients allows for more flexibility.

  • Yes. Printing, finishing, and mailing can all be handled to ensure everything arrives complete and ready. If preferred, print-ready files can also be provided for you to print independently.

  • I take on a limited number of clients each month to ensure each project receives the time and attention it deserves. Clients who are apart of the wedding design packages have first priority. Once those spots are filled, a waitlist is opened.

  • Everything is designed from the ground up using original artwork—nothing is pulled from stock libraries or pre-made elements. Whether it’s illustration or hand-painted details, each piece is created specifically for your suite so it feels intentional and cohesive.

The approach is also more hands-on. I take on a limited number of clients each month, which allows for a more focused process and a higher level of attention throughout. You’re not selecting from a catalog—you’re working directly with an artist to create something that reflects your event.
