Whats the difference between a Wedding Designer, a Planner, and a Coordinator
A Designer
A designer is responsible for the visual experience of your wedding—how everything looks, feels, and comes together aesthetically. They focus on creating a cohesive environment, not managing logistics or timelines.
Develops the overall design concept, color palette, and aesthetic direction

A Planner
A planner is responsible for the logistics and decision-making behind your wedding. They guide the process from start to finish—helping you organize, book, and manage every moving part.

Provides budget guidance and helps allocate spending

A Coordinator
A coordinator is responsible for executing the wedding you’ve already planned. They step in closer to the event to manage logistics, vendors, and timeline so everything runs smoothly.
Finalizes and distributes the wedding day timeline
Confirms all details with vendors prior to the event
Leads the rehearsal and organizes the wedding party
Manages vendor arrival, setup, and breakdown
Oversees the flow of the ceremony and reception
Acts as the main point of contact on the wedding day
Handles any issues or last-minute changes in real time

The Foundation
Starting at $1,500
A complete visual plan for your wedding, delivered in a format you can execute on your own.
You’ll receive a fully developed design direction that defines how your event should look—color palette, materials, tablescape styling, and floral approach—along with a structured guide you can hand directly to your florist and rental vendors.
This is where your vision is built. From there, you carry it out.
The Essentials
Starting at $3,800
A defined design, with continued guidance as you make decisions.
In addition to your full concept, I stay involved as you begin selecting elements for your event. Instead of interpreting the design on your own, you’ll be able to send options as they come up—linens, chairs, suits, florals—and receive clear direction on what aligns and what doesn’t.
You are still booking and managing your vendors, but every visual decision is made with intention.
The Signature Experience
Starting at $6,800
Design decisions are made for you and presented for approval, with oversight through installation.
Once your concept is established, I take over the selection process—sourcing rentals, refining design elements, and working directly with your florist and design-related vendors to ensure everything aligns.
You are no longer sorting through options. You review what’s been selected and approve.
On the wedding day, I am present to oversee setup and styling so the design is executed as planned.
Elopements & Small Weddings
Starting at $6,500
A fully designed wedding experience, scaled for a smaller guest count without sacrificing impact.
This offering is all-inclusive in its approach, every visual element is considered, sourced, and styled as a complete environment.
Full design concept and aesthetic direction
Tablescape, florals, and spatial styling
Sourcing of all design elements (rentals, linens, décor, statement pieces)
Vendor collaboration to ensure cohesive execution
On-site styling and full setup oversight
Whether it’s a private estate, a tucked-away venue, or an open landscape transformed with tenting and custom installation, the scale is smaller, but the experience is not. For weddings up to 30 guest. Final quote is based on design scale.
Destination Weddings
Custom Proposal — Starting at $9,500
A full design experience, thoughtfully adapted for weddings beyond my home base.
This offering mirrors the Signature Experience, with an expanded level of planning and coordination required to design and execute within a new location. Every element is developed with the setting in mind, then carried through with close collaboration to ensure it translates seamlessly.

Travel & Accommodations
Travel is quoted separately and approved in advance.
Events within driving distance of Ohio require client-provided lodging
Air travel destinations require coverage of flights, lodging, and transportation
All travel is scoped based on location and duration of stay.
The Everlight Experience
Starting at $15,000
Full design execution, with complete Paper Room integration.
This experience includes everything in Tier III, along with full custom paper design—save the dates, invitation suite, and all day-of paper goods—developed as part of the overall event design, not as an afterthought.
Your paper elements and physical space are designed together, ensuring consistency from the first impression to the final detail.
All selections are presented for approval as the design develops, and full styling oversight is provided on the wedding day.
Beyond the Wedding Day
Additional event experiences, thoughtfully designed to extend the aesthetic of your wedding beyond a single day are available as add ons to any design package.
Day-of Coordination — $2,800
Seamless execution on the wedding day, including final timeline management, vendor coordination, and on-site oversight to ensure everything is carried out as planned.
Rehearsal Dinner — starting at $1,800
A fully styled and coordinated evening that reflects your wedding aesthetic, including curated design elements, coordinating paper goods (invites, signage, and select printed details), and on-site styling and oversight.
Farewell Brunch — starting at $950
A relaxed, thoughtfully styled closing to the weekend, including light design elements, coordinating paper goods (menus, signage, and small details), and on-site styling to maintain a cohesive look.
Bridal Shower — starting at $1,400
A custom-designed celebration with a defined aesthetic, curated décor, coordinating paper goods (invites, signage, and printed details), and on-site styling to bring the design together seamlessly.
Bachelorette Weekend — starting at $950
A fully themed experience with curated décor, styling direction, and coordinating paper goods (welcome signs, small details, and themed elements) to tie everything together.
Location Note
On-site styling is available for events within Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, and surrounding areas.
The Paper Room
A private atelier for bespoke wedding paper and elevated design.
Step beyond templates and trends—The Paper Room is an exclusive space where your story becomes tangible through beautifully curated stationery and day-of details. Reserved for clients first, this studio offers a tailored, high-touch design experience from concept to final seal.
Every element is intentional. Every design, personal. From hand-illustrated invitations to perfectly styled menus, signage, and keepsakes, this is where paper becomes part of the memory.
